Kris Humphries: Kim Kardashian Set Me Up To Be The Bad Guy

Kris Humphries is claiming he has proof that the producers of Kourtney & Kim Take New York intentionally set him up to be the bad guy on the show.

He brings up a specific example of how on the show he quizzed Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban about his sexuality.

The whole incident lead to Cheban accusing Kris of homophobia and he even said he'd possibly sue him.

Well a source close to Kris said he has proof he was set up:

"Kris' lawyers plan on asking Kim when she is being deposed about producers of the reality show telling Kris in an email to ask Jonathan about his sexuality. Kris has written proof that he was instructed to ask Jonathan the very personal question, and they will be presented with this evidence during her deposition.

It's Kris' contention that this only further provides proof that this relationship was far from real — he was set up by producers to ask the question — then made to look bad — and the entire scenario was staged, it was methodically planned out, just like the rest of their time together it seems."

He said that if they fabricated him being the bad guy that it's entirely possible that his entire wedding to Kim was a sham.

The source continued:

"Here are the facts, Kris would have never asked Jonathan if he was gay or not, without being told to do so. He especially wouldn't have asked that question with the cameras rolling because he would never want to embarrass anyone or cause any awkwardness."

Hmmm… things are getting inneresting.

Kris Humphries To Kim Kardashian: I Want The Ring Back!

Kris Humphries wants his 20 carat diamond engagement ring back from Kim Kardashian!

He said that because their marriage only lasted 72 days and he was "defrauded into marrying her" that she should return the ring.

As we previously mentioned, a judge said that they can be deposed, which means they can be questioned about their motivations for marrying one another.

A source said:

"Kris wants the ring back because the marriage only lasted 72 days and he believes it was based on fraud and deceit. Remember, Kim filed for divorce. Kris paid for that ring, and he just can't fathom why Kim would want to keep it.

It's not like she is ever going to wear it again. Kris realizes that with Kim it's all about material objects and she truly treasures things over people in her life."

Sounds bitter to us. Come on, guys, do you really need to drag the divorce out like this?

The ring isn't the only issue. There's a $325,000 ferrari.

The source continued:

"Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out. Amongst other matters, he wants to know about the Ferrari that the couple got from a very wealthy Malaysian businessman that attended the wedding. Kris was at Kim's house when the car was delivered — it was given to both of them, but Kim has kept sole ownership and has used it extensively. She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial."

Things are getting intense!

The two of them should just get it over as quickly as possible. Who wants that kind of stress just lingering around??

Kim Kardashian: Kris Humphries Wants To Drag Out Divorce For Media Attention

Kris Humphries is apparently loving all the attention he's getting from his divorce with Kim Kardashian.

Things should've been quick and easy - because of their iron-clad prenup - but Kris is challenging the contract, alleging that Kim only married him for TV ratings, therefore, defrauding him.

Whatevs.

Kim's lawyer is fighting back, however, saying that Kris is a media whore and is trying to draaaag out their divorce case so that he can continue to stay in the spotlight.

And things are definitely getting even uglier than that.

The judge in the case now says that both parties can be deposed, which means that Kim can be questioned about her motivations for marrying Kris.

Meanwhile, the curvalicious reality star has requested that Kris be forced to pay her attorney's legal fees if she wins against his fraud allegations.

Srsly, guys? Can't his NBA career be enough of a spotlight?

We just hope it's all over quickly. And we know we're not alone on this!
