How to Keep Fit While Pregnant!

Staying fit is especially important when you’re pregnant, and can even help ease some of those uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms.

Check out what Jules recommends to keep your body in the best shape possible for those nine months:

Cardio exercises – this includes anything that increases your heart rate. Cardio is especially good for burning calories

Strength training – lightweight training during your pregnancy will also help burn calories. The more muscle you build, the higher your metabolism, and the more calories you burn.

Flexibility exercises – Stretching can be your greatest weapon during your pregnancy since it helps ease leg cramps & back strain.

Doing any of these exercises for at least 30 minutes a day will benefit you AND your baby in the long run. So get up, start moving, and don’t forget to go see What to Expect When You’re Expecting in theaters May 18th!

Rihanna Linked To ANOTHER Man!

What is it with sports stars that just make celeb ladies unable to avoid them??

Rihanna is being linked to ANOTHER guy, Knicks player J.R. Smith!

Apparently they were spotted by more than one source at the Veranda nightclub in NYC!

Here's what one of those sources said:

“They were very flirty in the club all night and holding hands. She was sitting on his lap and was really into him.”

And another source:

“He is the team’s most controversial player, so it’s no wonder that Rihanna likes him.”

That one's referring to when J.R. was fined in March for tweeting a pic of some lady's thong'd butt from his bed… to the tune of $25k!

As long as you're happy, Ri, we're happy! There's nothing wrong with keeping options open, especially since it seems like settling down isn't on your radar quite yet!

Rachel Uchitel Pops Out A Girl!

Rachel Uchitel has finally popped!

The nightclub manager gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at 5:45 pm late yesterday afternoon.

The little cowgirl's name is Wyatt Lilly. Yeehaw!

The no longer preggers mother had some very interesting tweets in the days before her baby was born.

Here's what the avid Twitter-er said:

"Today is my due date.. Spent it swimming laps, taking dogs to the beach and catching up with friends. Now what?!"

Now you begin the chapter to an incredible new life!

Congratulations to the new mommy and her lucky man Tiger Woods Matt Hahn.
