Jack Osbourne might be out of surgery and recovering nicely, but that hasn't stopped Sharon Osbourne from being Sharon and cracking a few jokes about it!

She was actually grocery shopping when she got the call it was happening, too!

Elton John Hosts Another Studded Oscar Party For The Elton John AIDS Foundation

Every year for past two decades, Sir Elton John's Oscar bash has been a must-attend!

This year, the singer has a looong list of co-chairs including Hugh Jackman, Sharon and Ozzy, NPH, Ellen DeGeneres, and Portia de Rossi.

Foster the People will also performing at the Oscar party as well.

Funds raised will go towards the Elton John AIDS Foundation which provides programs aimed at preventing, educating, and treating AIDS culture.

This sounds like quite an Oscar party!

Bill Rancic And Other Celebs Have Encouraging Words For Giuliana

As Giuliana Rancic starts her battle with breast cancer, she is not running low on support from her fans, community, family, and friends.

And her husband is pretty great too.

Here's what Sharon Osbourne had to say:

"I just want you to know I love you and that I'm thinking of you. You are a strong woman and you're gong to beat the s— out of this cancer!"

Hell yeah, Sharon!

Here's what her family at E! had to say:

"On behalf of her E! family we are sending our love and support to Giuliana and applaud her for sharing her recent breast cancer diagnosis in the hope that it will encourage women everywhere to take necessary and preventative measures."

And here's what Bill, her husband has said:

"Thank you for all your love and support today. G is reading all your messages. She will win this fight, I PROMISE, and be back better than ever."

It's so wonderful to see all this love and support during this difficult time for her!

And we're right there too, Giuliana! We know you're beat the crap out of this thing, and we can't wait to see you back on TV and back in action! Only a matter of time!
