George Michael didn't do so well during his BRIT Awards appearance and it's causing quite the stir!
The singer flubbed his lines while presented the Album of the Year award to Adele, and many speculated as to why his speech was impaired.
Some thought he was sick while others made light of the situation
A few even thought he was just plain drunk! We think George has a bit more class than that!
While his spokeswoman claims he was 100% sober, sources say that George is still feeling woozy from his illness and the jet lag from Australia through him for a loop.
We're willing to give George the benefit of the doubt.

We're so thankful he's back home.
A breathless George Michael spoke outside his London home on Friday after just being released from the hospital the day before.
The singer, who had been sick with pneumonia for over a month, looked a little weak as he spoke to reporters about his condition and thanked his doctors for "keeping me alive" after a "touch and go" battle.

Here's a quick update on George Michael and his health status: he's just been released from the hospital, and will be home for the holidays!
He was in the hospital being treated for pnuemonia, and was hospitalized late last month — so it's been a while, and it's so nice to hear that he's doing well enough to go home!
Too many people are without their families and stuck in hospitals this holiday season, it's nice to see a few get to avoid that!

George Michael was forced to postpone two concerts in Wales this week after being hospitalized with pneumonia, and apparently, he'll now have to cancel the remainder of his Symphonica European tour as he recovers!

Getting sent to prison for a DUI has been the best thing that’s ever happened to George Michael… or at least his weight!
After being forced to quit smoking and drinking last September, George Michael has lost 15 pounds.
Said George:
“I’m having counseling about my ongoing drug abuse. Hopefully the period where I was a bit lost is over for good. I hope it’s self evident just in the fact I’ve lost about 15lbs, I hope it’s self-evident I’m not eating as much any more, which should tell you a lot. None of my trousers fit anymore, for the right reasons this time. “
Even though he’s lost weight, he’s not confident that he’ll keep it off:
“I’ve always been the porky boy in my head. I didn’t realize on the last tour I was carrying all that extra weight! Now if anything, I’m a little bit skinny.”
Bad, George Michael! Keep that weight off! Go buy new jeans and throw away the old ones!!
