So, when Liam Hemsworth found out that he landed The Hunger Games, he went out for pizza and beer with friends.

Chris Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky, spent Thursday with Matt and Luciana Damon in St. Barts, France.
The friendly famous couples hit the beach on their vacation, then hopped aboard a yacht on which they rode a giant slide into the ocean below them.
Looks like fun! It also looks like Damon is a little intimidated by Hemsworth's perfectly scultped, god-like body because he kept his shirt on the entire time.
Boo! We know you got it, so you might as well flaunt it too! LOLz!

Oh my! This is the REAL reason we love superhero movies! HAWT actors like Chris Hemsworth have to keep their buff bodies in perfect shape for their super roles!
The Thor actor completed what looked like an exhausting bike workout with a friend in El Lay on Sunday.
We assume he's keeping his toned body in tip-top shape for the last few weeks of filming his role as the God of Thunder in Marvel's highly anticipated flick The Avengers.

You'd never be able to tell, but the deliciously jacked actorChris Hemsworth had never lifted weights in his life before getting his star-making role as Thor!
So how did he pack on 20 pounds of muscle onto his 6 foot 3 inch frame? Lot of eating! In a Men's Health interview, the actor said:
"I feel as if I've been busy, but all I've been doing is eating all day. Eating when you're not hungry and taking in that amount of food is exhausting."
There was lots of food, but lots of exercise too!
The actor had mostly kept in shape with his active lifestyle by surfing, boxing, and playing Australian Rules Football, but after snagging the title role in Marvel's upcoming film he had to hit the gym, explaining:
"Rest and exercise were equally as important. It wasn't until Thor that I started lifting weights. It was all pretty new to me."
The real key to Hemsworth's new buff bod was constantly challenging his muscles. His trainers constantly forced him to vary weight, reps, and speed so his muscles never adjusted to workouts.
Then, after all that heavy lifting and eating, the actor grew too big for his superhero costume! He slimmed down by eating less and did metabolic circuits to burn calories without sacrificing muscle.
Sounds like A LOT of work, but by the looks of it, totally worth it!
So there you have it! The secrets of Thor's thundering biceps have been revealed!
