Preggo Jessica Simpson is in talks right now with Weight Watchers for a pretty lucrative $4 million contract to be the diet's spokesperson!

Apparently she had planned to sign with them earlier, but then totally got knocked up.

This is now proving to be in her favor, though, as she'll get help AND paid to lose the baby weight!

So after the baby is born, she'll reportedly have one year to use the system to lose weight, and then she'll show off the results for advertising!

Not a bad deal!
