eBay has launched a celebrity auction page, which allows users to bid on Hollywood memorabilia or opportunities to meet their favorite stars with all proceeds going to charity of the celeb's choice!

Brad Pitt, for example, is currently auctioning off an evening meet and greet at A Night To Make It Right, a New Orleans gala supporting his Make It Right charity. He founded the organization after Hurricane Katrina hit in an effort to rebuild the city with sustainable homes.

eBay Celebrity is also offering Hayden Panettiere fans an opportunity to bid on two tickets to the New York Jets' November 27th game against the Buffalo Bills where they will be seated next to the actress. Proceeds from the auction will go to the Whaleman Foundation, which is dedicated to preserving whale and dolphin marine habitats.

Starting November 9th, Katy Perry's cotton candy dress from the first leg of her California Dreams World Tour is up for grabs to raise money for the American Red Cross. Not only will the highest bid get the dress, but two VIP tickets to her Oakland, CA show where she will present the dress in person!

You don't have to shell out thousands of dollars for VIP experiences to donate to your favorite celeb's philanthropic causes either. eBay offers a feature which allows shoppers to select non-profits that will be available for donation anytime they buy or sell on the site.

The celebrity charity auction site is an offshoot of eBay’s Giving Works platform, which has raised over $278 million for various causes since it launched.
