Why are buttons on shirts anyway?

Colin Farrell cooled his chest off with a little fresh air while grabbing a cup of coffee with a friend in El Lay on Monday.

The seksi actor wore a pair of black gym pants along with a plaid unbuttoned button down shirt.

Most people would get stopped by the fashion police for wearing such a mismatched combination, but most people aren't Colin Farrell, who looks good no matter what he's wearing!

With that many buttons open, he might as well just take it off. What do ya say, Colin? Ha!
