This isn’t what you’re thinking — there isn’t an alcohol diet! BUT, there are drinks that are better for you than others.

Some drinks are diet-killers, some won’t bust your belt. Next time you’re at a club, drunk diet guru Luc Carl tells us exclusively that you order these:

1. Vodka Soda
2. Whiskey Soda
3. Tequila Soda w Fresh Lime
4. Rum & Diet Coke
5. Vodka Martini

Not these…

1. Mai Tai (800+ calories)
2. Bloody Mary (1500+ mgs of salt)
3. Pina Colada (600+ calories)
4. Long Island Ice Tea (600+ calories
5. Margarita (500+ calories)

If you’re trying to lose weight, do your best to abstain from excessive drinking — a glass of wine here and there won’t hurt, but getting drunk every night will.

P.S. And Perez personally recommends TY KU soju, which has half the calories of vodka!
